Why Cleanse?

Our bodies were designed to cleanse, detoxify, and heal any imbalance daily, but modern day living has made it difficult to do this effectively. This is because we live in an environment with ever increasing pollution that we breathe in, drink impure waters, our skin soaks in chemicals that float in the air. We are putting a great demand on our natural detoxification abilities and our bodies will start to break down. When we allow toxins to build without flushing them, the results could be things like, allergies, weight gain, poor digestion, fatigue, and imbalances.

Who should NOT cleanse:

Pregnant and/or breastfeeding women should never restrict solid food intake.
Pregnant women and breast-feeding mothers should not juice cleanse, rather add cold-pressed juices to a well-balanced, diet to enjoy extra nutrition and energy.

If you are diabetic, we recommend that you cleanse under the supervision of an experienced healthcare practitioner.

If you are being treated for, or have just recovered from a serious illness, or if you are taking prescription medication for heart disease, check with your doctor before beginning a juice cleanse. Cleansing can alter the concentration of medication in the blood.

Children under the age of 16, please seek advice of a health practitioner before doing a juice cleanse.
